COMMUNITY MANAGER
Pettadore’s smart products make life just that little bit easier for cat and dog lovers. Through the app, you can easily keep track of the products and receive notifications, for example when the water needs to be refreshed or when your pet has eaten. This leaves more time for the things that really matter, such as cuddling up on the sofa with your loyal four-legged friend.
At Pettadore, I worked as a Community Manager. This means I was responsible for everything related to the social media channels, both on a strategic and practical level. In addition, I managed influencer collaborations and I was responsible for the monthly newsletters. These newsletters are also linked to marketing campaigns, that I support with advertising as well.
The biggest challenge in this role is that the content needs to be informative, while also being appealing to every cat lover. Of course, the ultimate goal was to sell the products.
