As a freelance communications specialist, I specialise in online communication and social media. I work for a range of clients, from corporate companies to foundations. My work includes developing strategic social media plans and bringing them to life. This means my work is both strategic and creative
After completing my studies in 2017, I worked as a social media strategist, where I also gained a lot of experience in online communication, such as writing newsletters and maintaining websites. Since 2021, I have been doing this on a freelance basis for various clients.
Although my clients may differ, they almost all share the same goal: creating an online presence that reaches the right audience. In my work, I think it is important that a company’s message and identity come across clearly. At the same time, communication is not only about sending a message, but also about listening to the receiver, the target audience. It is about finding the right sweet spot between what the sender wants to say and what the audience wants to hear. Analysing content and starting a dialogue remain very important in this process, while also keeping the storytelling alive.
Besides online communication, I am also involved in offline activities. For example, I support the production of events and video shoots, where flexibility and problem-solving skills are essential.
